Message from Bradenham Bowls Club

As winter starts to bite with autumnal weather including shorter daylight hours cold nights and the appearance of Storm Darragh, luckily Norfolk came off lightly.

In the Bowls world we held our Annual Christmas Bingo on Friday 6th December in the Village Hall. A popular event which was well supported by locals from the village and the surrounding areas, many going away with prizes in hand after a thoroughly enjoyable evening.

At the time of going to print Christmas has passed and we enter a New Year with our sights geared towards the coming playing season, although some way off plans are beginning to take place. Our next social event scheduled for Wednesday 15th January is now on Wednesday 22nd January 2025 which is a Game of Hoy & Jacket Pot Lunch at 12.30pm in the Pavilion. Other social events during the winter months are planned and allows for members to meet up and keep in contact with each other. If you feel at a loss on Monday afternoons, why not come and try your hand at Carpet Bowls which takes place every Monday 2.00 - 4.00pm (Doors open 1.45pm) £2.00pp

No membership, equipment or experience required, everything provided and open to all ages. Come and join us for a fun and entertaining afternoon.
