March is here, its getting warmer!!

Message from Bradenham Bowls Club

As March arrives and the winter hibernation begins to subside, we turn our attention to the towards the league fixtures for the season which are all in. We’re just waiting for confirmation of the Competitions that we are entering before the Fixture booklets are printed ready for distribution at the Pre-Season meeting.

The emphasis this season is to concentrate in the Internal Club Competitions to give those members who have difficulty playing the long game, an opportunity to play.

Our recent social event “Pavilion Bingo” with lunch, was a great success with special thanks going to those attending. We have one final event which is “A quiz with Hot Dog lunch on Wednesday 19th March 2025 – Pavilion Bingo - 12.30pm.

Further dates for your diary have been agreed prior to the opening of the green which are:

• Thursday 27th March 2025 - Pre-Season Meeting 7.30pm
• Sunday 6th April 2025 – Tidy Up Day 10.30am
• Sunday 13th April 2025 – Open Day – 2.00pm (Members to wear Club Shirts)

We look forward to seeing current members return and welcome new ones to the Pre-season meeting.
